I think i love ThePlanet too.
Basically i've used them for 2 years, but left them for somewhere better in the third quarter of 2004, where they had long and intolerable downtimes that is largely attributed to the upgrading work in the datacenter.
I've tried ev1servers too, but during its former self rackshack and loved their business model, having the bargain sale of their servers. Also, they introduced the $1 setup fee thingy that really attracted me lots back then.
Right now, a happy customer of ServInt, i've to say they have got great network, great equipments, great technical support, just lacking of a bit on friendly customer service(but still acceptable) and on the high side of prices.
