I like cPanel for Linux Servers and HELM on Windows Servers.

Hey. I liked Plesk(it was my 2nd control panel ever tried) until Plesk 5 i think, when it was very buggy. There was problems with some of the features, but i liked its clean and not complex outlook.
I later switched to cPanel, but kind of irritated by the first default skin, but when there's the X skin, i loved it.
For Windows, i prefer Helm too. Tried with Plesk, but still feel like it's not very friendly.

plesk is also most popular control panel. but most of the time cpanel is the best, some feature include with cpanel and some plesk.
some time if your are working start with plesk you love it, if your start working with cpanel you batter like the cpane.
